Mr. Pratap Deshmukh is the founder of Saksham Aging Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise dedicated to creating compassionate, community-based elder care systems. His academic pursuit of Gerontology at TISS, Mumbai, combined with a deep personal commitment to social well-being, laid the foundation for Saksham’s vision.

With over 34 years of multi-disciplinary experience, Mr. Deshmukh’s career spans civil engineering, infrastructure development, and biopharma innovation. An alumnus of COEP, he began with MNCs before establishing Rachana Construction, delivering hospitals and institutional projects across Maharashtra. He is also a patent holder for an Earth Retaining Structure technology used in national infrastructure.

As Founder & MD of iSERA Biologicals, he led drug development initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic in collaboration with the Serum Institute of India. His work reflects a balance of innovation, execution, and social responsibility.

A lifelong learner, he also holds a Law degree from Pune University and a Master’s in Indology, reflecting his holistic approach to knowledge and society. His grassroots work in water conservation and rural education through participation in "Pani Foundation's" competition to represent his own drought porn village further demonstrates his belief in meaningful, sustainable change.

At Saksham, he brings together his technical acumen and human-centered vision to help shape a better, more secure aging experience in India.

CA Digambar V. Joshi,65 is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience in taxation, audit and financial consulting. A commerce graduate from the prestigious Sydenham College, Mumbai, he began his career with reputed corporate houses in Mumbai, gaining valuable industry exposure before establishing his independent practice in 1990 and shifting his base to Pune in 1994.

Over the years, Mr. Joshi has built a trusted and long-standing client base that includes companies, partneship firms, charitable trusts and individuals including numerous NRI's. His reputation is rooted in deep financial insight, ethical practice, and enduring client relationships—many of which span over 30 years.

A law graduate from the esteemed ILS Law College and a postgraduate (LL.M.) from Pune University, he brings a strong academic foundation combined with practical legal expertise.

Adv. Veer serves a diverse clientele across social and economic backgrounds, known for his precision in legal drafting and thoughtful guidance in sensitive family matters.
